At age 90, Lorraine Gordon is an undisputed jazz icon – a lifelong advocate for America’s music, an NEA Jazz Master, and the owner of the most famous jazz club in the world, The Village Vanguard. NJPAC’s one-night-only musical tribute to Gordon features the legendary, 16-piece Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, founded in 1966 by Thad Jones and Mel Lewis.
